I am a composer, producer and sound designer based in Rochester, NY. I have Bachelor's degree in Music from SUNY Purchase and received the 2015 API Visionary Scholarship award. I make music and design sounds for mobile games, short films, immersive audiobooks, TV commercials and radio spots. I am an artist with Sync Or Stream, and have made dozens of tracks for their music catalog.
When creating music for immersive audiobooks at Graphic Audio, my goal was to make music that wove itself into the scene at hand, whether it was action heavy or leaning more on descriptive narration. The videos below are samples of original music and sound design by Justin Rhody. Production Copyright Graphic Audio LLC.
More sound design examples are available on my sound design page.
Below are more samples of music I have composed for audiobooks, game projects and music libraries:
Airport Scene:
Airport Scene is an indie pop project I started at a young age, and have since created over 12 albums of music. While difficult to summarize completely in one sentence, Airport Scene has been described as quirky/playful indie pop with layered vocals, funky synth and bass lines, and often blends electronic and acoustic instruments.

Because it’s 2026:
Original human-made art enhances and advances culture, society, and the experience of life. I care very deeply about making unique music, sounds and art. I have no interest in prompting a software to derive from the work of others.
